These are vehicles that are irreparable but could be used for parts or sold for salvage, with parts and/or revenue going back into Generosity Garage.

Our ideal giveaway vehicles are 4-door, 4-6 cylinder, inexpensive on gas/insurance, and not in need of major mechanical or cosmetic repair and that will require minimal cost to meet Ontario Safety Standards Certificate inspection. 

Higher-end vehicles would be too expensive for nominees to insure and maintain, and thus Generosity Garage would sell to produce further revenue for Generosity Garage.

We are grateful for any financial support. A gift of $100 helps cover the cost of an oil change while a gift of $5,000 will cover the cost of a reliable car in most cases.

*Please note we are unable to provide tax receipts until we have obtained registered charity status.
